There are perfect natural explenation why and how modern medicine works why certain substances in plants are good for our heralth, how and why drugs work, why they are addictive and how they potentially can damage our health, it has absolutely nothing to do with magic at all.
By the way, alternative medicine was never able to do better in a clinical test then any other placebo.

I'm all for science but a lot of the "conventional" medicines are not for healing at all. They're more for symptom management and even in that they tend to create new symptoms known as side effects. Don't get me wrong, I'm about to go to the store and pick up some more Excedrin migraine in a little bit so I'm not against conventional meds, but I know that "alternative" and preventative measures are probably my best bet for overall wellness.

It's made from aspirin, caffeine, and acetaminophen. I'm also not sure nor do I care all that much how these components are synthesized and combined.
