He pretty much said anything he wanted on EPSN 1050, except for the swearing of course. ESPN bought out his contract. He was upset that they removed his producer Robin Lundberg. With him and Lou Goldman, they made great shows ans ESPN messed that up by getting rid of them. Last i heard is that were trying to get him to join WFAN's Mike Franseca.

ESPN stoped his radio show, i dont know exactly why ...but does he do any other radio show now ? ...if so, I would like to know

Unfortunately he doesn't... not yet anyway. Right now he's really just focusing on his work as a boxing analyst for HBO.

I think he'll be back in the radio business soon... I think he'd prefer satellite so he can pretty much say whatever he wants... but we'll see.

Could Max deal with having a National Show though? lol The best part about Max is that he only wants to talk about what New Yorkers talk about.

Haha, that's a very good point. A National audience might not be so receptive to all the Yankees talk.

While it was a possibility they discussed many times off the air, that was just speculation on my part. There's just no news to report right now.

Max was best when it was him Gordan Damer, Lundburg and Lou I never missed a second of the show back then. It was good with Brian Kenny and then it all went to crap when it was just max then they cut max's show by an hour and got rid of Lungburg.. Who just happens to be back on 1050 doing his own segment in the mourning.
