This song is not on iTunes because it ended up being released in Japan only. Monica was set to release All Eyez on Me, her next full length studio album at the time in the US. She was even appearing on talk shows with the actual cd to promote it. But I don't believe it was being well received and so AEOM was retooled and then later released as After the Storm. All Eyez on me did not make the retooled version!
