Well actually, ShineGreymon did won using his sword once. And that only happened when the sword appeared for the first time. After that, that sword was only being summoned to be flown or destroyed

Alright after my research on who is better out of wargreymon and shinegreymon. Wargreymon is better. No matter what. All I see from shinegreymon in a fight is a need in a mode change or his greysword. I never see him win without any of that.

I know...Ive never see him win a fight without Burst Mode or The GeoGrey Sword.The only time he won without any of this was when he first digivolved to ShineGreymon.Even Gallantmon can win a fight without using his Crimson Mode
