Hey! Okay so I think I have a solution for you about the messaging thing.

I think with LG's you can go to Message

->Settings->Auto Delete. Then, when you get a new text, it deletes your oldest one. So you never have to delete your messages.

too zoom you have to set the picture sesolution to anything but the best otherwise it wont zoom. not really sure why but thats how you zoom.

the thinner the phone the less durable it is, the voyager in black and in titanium, are extreamly durable but if you get teh thinner version the durability drops drastically so dont get the tempest

yeah there is. idk about the black voyager cuz i have the new updated one, but if you go in the "setting & tools" all u have to do is go to "touch settings" and you'll find the auto lock button to turn it on or off.

the volume buttons are the zoom but u have to have it in a different resolution. u probably have it in that 1200x1600x thing. it doesnt work in that setting. u have to change it. i found that out today at the store when i was messing with it. i really like this phone i wanna get it soon. the phone features are just awesome.

i just got the voyager a few weeks ago, and you can zoom while in picture mode. you just have to set your resolution to a lower level and use the volume buttons as your zoom buttons. what bugs me about the phone is that it doesnt have flash.

A lot of people say the Glyde is better because it's smaller, more sleek, the keyboard slides, blah, blah, blah.

I've had my Voyager for more than a week now and every day I'm more glad I chose it.

I went to that store again and played with the Glyde some, and it really is horrible in comparison.

I put the touch screen on the highest setting and you STILL had to hit buttons more than once.

It's kind of just a hassle.

I'll stand behind my Voyager 100%, for plenty more reasons than that.

Had this phone for a couple weeks now, invest in the cover to prevent scratching and verizon also has a clear strip that goes over the lcd screen to prevent scratching and oil from finger tips. Cant even see its there. Overall I love this phone and suggest anyone to get it!

The zoom for when the camera is closed is the volume buttons on the top of the phone. Those can be used to zoom for when taking pictures.
