I've seen 5 videos of this dog and in every video although cute to me looks like he could be suffering from some low self esteem issues. He just looks flat out embarrassed and ashamed. Not like any dog I know. He might even think he's human and not a dog. I wonder if he's social with other dogs from the looks of it no.
I love your Herschel! I have a bulldog mix named Lilly, and she acts exactly like this! Bulldogs are such sweet babies. :)
