When you go to a church, well, when you go anywhere, do you actually care whether the rails are messed up or not? It is not yours to skate on and certainly not yours to damage by skating on it. Someday you may own a home/business and I'm sure you will not appreciate people (not just skaters) causing even minor damage to it (like the rails in this video). Skaters do not get respect because they usually do not show respect to others.

@jackbelias There are lots of mistakes in your argument its not funny. He does not have the right to look at the footage if he is not being detained. If the owner of the camera refuses, the cop would need a warrant. Also, there is no law stating that you can not film a police officer.

That cop can't just pull over and say shit unless that owner of the property had gave you a warning. This happens to me all the time. First I skate , the owner warns me, I skate some more, I leave, next time I skate their and if he recognizes me.......(remember recognizes me, so get a fast lift next time ur put lol not)otherwise he'll call the PO .
