I think this was first because he became famouse through the acts at the blue note

Nice to see this..wish it was longer. It must have been great to see him in the small clubs. Fame hasn't changed him..thank goodness. :)

When was this. I didn't know that he had a version of Moondance before his first record. Is this after the record dropped or before?

It's hard to believe just how much his venues have changed in a few years though. I'm jealous of those people that used to see him a clubs that where almost empty...what an experience!

I can't remember exactly but it was right after his first album came out. I think I went to all of the Blue Note shows back then. :) They weren't empty even back then, always full! The clubs were a lot smaller but always sold out. I miss those days.

I used to be on the MB boards way back when but not anymore.
