i have several furs bought all over the world (Rus, Fin,USA, FR..): mink rabbit fox racoon silver fox and arctic seal (I LOVE FUR) im lookng at this video because someone just sent me a PETA vid to my email and it shocked the life out of me, so i youtubed more. i think i will stop buying furs. about 15 min ago i would have agreed with the "go fendi/these coats are beautiful"

but its hard to watch the skin being pulled of a living being/ then watch it die a bloody mess on a pile of corpses

those videos are from a select group of fur farms farms in china , they do not kill the animals like this in furm farms in finland , usa etc

just make sure you dont buy any fur that origininated in asia/ china and you should be ok

I think it's great to decide not to buy fur. I know that the PETA website may have been showing the most shocking images in order to make an impact, and that the conditions may not be that bad everywhere. That being said, you do not know how they treat the animals where you by your fur, so it could be better but also could be worse. So why buy fur at all?

Just because you disagree with people who are protesting something doesn't mean you should embrace the thing they are protesting. I also think it is rude/ineffective to scream at people on the streets, but I also think that there is no reason to wear fur (honestly, it smells gross and does not look that great, and we do not need it for warmth anymore).
