I just downloaded it and watched it... a very interesting movie, pretty good acting. The storyline is pretty basic, but... it's disgusting and disturbing. I liked it. It's not a movie to watch with the family, however. A guy gets his penis cuted in a half :P but it's not only pure gore, the story means something.
