hehe sry, habs erst später bemerkt, da deine Beschreibungen ja englisch sind...
wie gesagt, könnte man i-wie ein window erstellen und dann so wie eine support Seite einrichte, 2 textfelder, eines fürn Betreff und das andere soll den Inhalt senden...
würde so etwas gehen?

can u show how to make a textfield, and a button called "send"
if we click send, it sends the text in the textfield at an email-acc..
like a support.,.
