I had an anxious day, and thought I'd have trouble sleeping, but after watching 7 of these I'm thoroughly relaxed--totally unexpected. Many parts reminded me of designs on very ancient textiles from India, Nepal and Japan, also jewelry designs in necklaces made hundreds of years ago in India, and my last thought was of when I was a child, who could stare for hours at low tide into water pockets, trapped between mossy boulders,filled with shells,coral,& plant life.janieben
