Yeah. I understand your point of veiw completely. Blue with black stripes? The giaprey have okay coloration, the genprey have good coloration, and the ioprey's coloration works only in the volcano. You REALLY have to look if you ae hunting one from a distance.

Well, the ioprey are toxic, and for some reason toxic animals have bright coloration, like a poison dart frog....but still, hunting with that coloration would be murder

Yeah, that's a good point. But in the middle of a grey, brown and green swamp, bright red kind sticks out. But I know what you mean about the poison coloration. And the Rahian has good colors. The Rathalos has good colors in the volcano. But, thy really don't have to hide xD
