I think Michigan is one of the most overrated teams, and still are. The NCAA should make a rule where the worst teams get dropped down to fcs and the best fcs get put up to fbs. But the fbs would support a tournament at the end of the year to even the odds.

I remember watching the replay of this game on ESPN classic that year, and most people don't give App St. justice just cuz they're not a division 1 school. App St. played this game like it was their 5th or 6th game that year. Armanti Edwards and his receivers' timing on routes and passes was that good. almost no rust whatsoever.
