Bolmer motor car was a beautiful building in its day i ve seen old pics of it and been in it before public works took it over middle earth teen center was there the building was in much better shape then it fell apart after the public works took it over the voorhees building is much older and they say the flood weaked the building
no it was neglected for10 years the voorhees building isnt weak
Nope. Actually they were sold to someone that restores and reuses old bricks. When I was there the next day they were separating the bricks and filling 2 - 30 yard dumpsters with them.
What site fence! ;-)

Stephen: What magnificent work. You have captured the soul of the building as well as the project.

I was trying to find more historical info on it. The teen center explains the painted walls and such on the interior.
Thanks for your comment!

nice video but this dude makes a mess
Cobra983demo 2 years ago
Yeah, but its a controlled mess, nothing that a loader can't handle. Aside from the front corner everything stays pretty contained.

they probably sent all those good bricks to the landfill, huh? what a shame.

Thats great. I was hoping to hear that they recycled them! That is a great re-use of some quality old building materials! Thanks for the reply!
