@meriquitar TRUE!! I have to agree 2000 is my favorite album. Evolver and Shadow compete for the close second. All their albums rule but theres just something about the nu one (Edge) that just doesnt do it for me. Im still a huge fan of them though, I just wish theyd go back to their main style.

@merjguitar 2000 was a good album, but wasn't it also the one that manson helped produce? I thought that sounded really good. Not saying the records they made without him weren't good, but you can tell they definately wanted to break from that image. I think Manson traumatized them haha. Power Tool Stigmata was pretty good with out him, but i think he polished it a bit more.

@VoidedAbyssKid Manson completely fucked Godhead's sound. Human error was overproduced. It sounded horrible. The band wasnt happy with it. Mike said he hated the mix. Manson wanted to be Trent Reznor with Godhead and he wasnt. Powertool is a much better record. by far. As are the last three. They just cant snag a break.

It is uncle fester indeed as far as I was concerned the first time I saw them on their web site but the music is kicking asses!!! The first track of theirs I heard was "Penetrate" from the OST of "Queen Of The Damned" and I loved it. Damn, that movie opened my eyes to a number of bands I hadn't even heard of that far I LOVE it!!!

The first song I heard by these guys was the Beatles cover, which made them seem like another goth shock type band (i.e. Marilyn Manson). They went into the completely opposite direction with their other music. These guys know how to make catchy chorus'.

What shit! I used to love this band for a number of years and then Evolver came; like a comet hitting me I suddenly couldn't stand this band anymore. The whole evolver album has three good songs that I ever listened to more than once. This band lost everything they stood for (minus their look). They're obviously taking the easy way out to make a record. The fact that their new album's cover has a yin-yang sign just show's they've lost all originality.
