@nickuhmoose It's a re-counter I believe. You try to Half Halch them first, which is a turnover like a pancake or cow catcher in wrestling. The opponent resists and tries to turn back into you and you use their energy to pop your hips forward and bridge them. I think the throw is a form of 'Hype' throw, which originated in the Cumberland & Westmorland style.
