This is the game MUGEN. But there is many versions. This is the dbz edition (the latest one). I wouldn't prefer it though because you can add a small amount of characters to it but with EVE mugen you can add hundreds of characters including the ones you just saw in the vid.

You can get mugen chars off esnips and you can follow tuts on how to add chars stages music etc to your game.

Not Necesarily Gogeta is only ssj5 goku being 3rd state of saiyan and vegeta only at the second but goku being ssj5 would win because hes only goku the body isnt being ripped into two parts. it is a close fight but i guess you could say goku could go ssj5 but then power levels are too un-even. since vegeta cant go that hight in super saiyan. the guy playing goku ssj5 really sucks.
