Hey, I respect what you're doing but I've just tried this work out and what I found was that those "burpies" could be a fast track way to injuries such as hammer toe and metatarsal stress fractures.
You should probably warn you viewers of the potential hazards of you work outs.

@WeRUndead Your muscles need at least 2 days of rest so they can recover. so what you should try is one day do your upper body the next day do legs and switch on and off

@WeRUndead You have to give your muscles a day to rest. I used to lift weights everyday for a few months and saw no growth. Then I heard from a friend that I'm supposed to give my muscles a day of rest, so I started lifting weights every other day while running everyday. After 2 weeks, I started seeing a difference. You have the right attitude, but you have to work out more intelligently. Stagger your workouts, targeting different muscles groups each day.
@dh30xpro Since you're only 15, don't get too serious about lifting yet. My suggestion would be to start working on muscle size once your skeletal frame has grown out (compare your frame to you biological dad's, if they're about the same or larger, then you're set). If you start lifting hardcore too early you risk stunting your growth and inhibiting bone development. Just get a healthy routine started and stick with it. Once you've stopped growing taller, you can start lifting hardcore.

@jayr809 I totally agree. Exercising hasn't been a family activity for me, so it was hard to have a regular exercise routine. Having something in front of me to distract me at the gym like television shows has helped passed the time better and made exercising more enjoyable. Go workout with friends as often as possible to turn exercising in a positive experience.

im not expert but just saying, is good to do those type of workouts in front of the TV while watching a w movie so is a lil more entertaining . n BTw Thumbs up for the Kinect in the backround lol

@jayr809 I totally agree. Exercising hasn't been a family activity for me, so it was hard to have a regular exercise routine. Having something in front of me to distract me at the gym like television shows has helped passed the time better and made exercising more enjoyable. Go workout with friends as often as possible to turn exercising in a positive experience.
