how many times a day u drink the capsules and i notice that was on 2010 did u gain any weight back as today?

How much water do you drink with the capsules? Do you still have to drink a liter of water with them to get the effects?

Im not doing the sea salt but I'm using the lax tea... Is it suggested to do both?

@DaPriceofBeauty weight loss is the secondary, if you go back to your same routine of eating you will gain the weight back.

@DaPriceofBeauty It is meant as a cleanse but ppl are def doing it to drop weight too. Rather u gain it back or not depends on how u eat after the cleanse. U will gain some back of course. It's jus a good time to start eatting healthy so u can control how much weight u do regain. Last time I regained half of what I lost. It is a temp weight loss method too for alot of ppl

what would happen if I would do the sea salt "flush" but still keep eating, I have a high metabolism so I can't really do the master cleanse as i get hungry a lot.

a couple times a year i get really bad cramps would the sea salt "flush" help?
