saw PIL on this tour (with new order & the sugarcubes) and they sucked (so did new order). john was great, though; he kept asking the people in the back how much they paid for their shitty seats. he prefaced this one with the following: "this is ... a song about ... how i feel ... toward all of you ... it's called ... DISAPPOINTED!" i left the show smiling, knowing i'd been insulted & ripped off by one of the best

I love the way he just does what he wants without a worry :) avoiding that thing where an act takes themselves too serious and as they get older! they will try to live off past glorys and want everyone to praise them :) and become an old shoe! Lydon just keeps things fresh! he keeps moving forwards! with the odd Pistols concert here and there to make some extra money which he is very honest about :)
