Hi Dennis, alles Gute für die O! Ich empfehle dir, koordiniere die Schulterblätter besser mit den Rückenstreckern und den Armen. In der Endposition des Ruderns müssen die Schultern bei nach oben herausgedrückter Brust hart nach unten und hinten gezogen werden - dagegen rundest du den Rücken. Beim Rudern einarmig ebenso und du drehst den Oberkörper zu sehr ein. Lass beim Frontziehen die Ellenbogen unter der Stange und geh (anfangs mit Partnerhilfe) bis zur Brust, runde den Rücken auch hier nicht.

I wish the Gold`s Gym in Hollywood and Miami Lakes has the equipment this Gold`s has. To be honest I`m not thrilled with DW`s entire routine so close to the O... As someone else mentioned normally you go all out with heavy weights and than take on the machines to exhaust your entire back. At this stage and don`t get me wrong i`m a huge fan of D`s. I`m a bit worried watching him here...

strange - no free weight exercises until the deadlifts at the end and to do the most demanding exercise last seems crazy, no dumbell rows, barbell rows etc....if you ever watch cutlers workouts they usually contain a large amount of free weight stuff. But who am I to question this guy! Great Bodybuilder
