I just made this and it came out awesome. I like spicy foods so I even added a bit of Cholula sauce on it. I had no clue Tilapia was so high in protein or that it could be made to taste good.

I really like that you recommend exact ingredients, and that you show every single step in the process. Best of all the macros or there. Keep up the great work!
@sneak2attack I use a lot of broccoli, green beans, squash and other vegetables too, it's just coincidence that in these vids I have asparagus (but it is good for you too).

Ha I know but YouTube is strict about what you can use without copyright infringement and I didn't want to pick something that some people liked but some people might hate... so i just picked something everyone would hate.
@CampbellFitness I just used some seafood rub seasoining and another time i used lemon pepper with herbsseasoning .. But I covered my fish over foil stuffed with veggies..

@123torpe It supposedly helps increase testosterone/libido b/c it's rich in vitamin E. Although Don't expect to see any real noticeable differences.
