The song is called "As ballad" and it's by Yorgos Kazantzis.

Thanks. They are stepsiblings on the show.  The clip is from an episode called "The Wedding" and Derek is actually kissing her cousin, Victoria. She just looks so much like Casey that a lot of Dasey (Derek/Casey) fans use the clip as a Dasey kiss instead.
