This guy has done amazing things on the basketball court. people are so quick to bring up his playoff failures. Look at his numbers. better yet, look at his team. id say he, in his career, was favored to win one playoff series. When he was in Orlando, who was the 2nd best player on the team? exactly. if it wasnt for injuries, he would have been one of the best. no doubt.

But if you saw him in his early years, you wouldnt be able to say he has no ability to do any solid defense. I blame his coaches for making him play so long every game. Being such an athletic player and attacking the rim so much, all that contact game wore him down over the years and is responsible for so much of his injuries. Notice how he had to develop a jumper in his later years. That Adelman also ruined Yao in Houston. Those 2 would've been something great had it not been for that damned coach.
