Concept 2 was the official OS video for Windows Longhorm that was planned release was in 2003, but Microsoft lost the OS and had to start from scratch, they came out with the rushed vista.

I don't know exactly what name of system microsoft planned, but longhorn project was canceled in August 2004.

I saw more previews of Windows 7 and the Sidebar is from Google Desktop, the Dock is from RocketDock, they keep using other companies things and stealing ideas that Mac had years before.

True but Mac has existing technologies that were built ahead of Windows. Plus they make a Dock and the Dashboard with no other company labeling it. Do other companies make the Widgets? Yes of course, but the Dashboard is an Apple application so is the Dock.

Yes...Mac OS X is built off of a mix of the BSDs and Mach, none of which were written by Apple. The dock is similar to rocket dock, Kiba-Dock (My personal favorite), Cairo Dock, and AWN. I personally am not too fond of the dashboard as well so that doesn't help my opinion of Mac OS X (I prefer widgets/gadgets/screenlets/des­klets/OMGets to always be visible on the desktop).

This pisses me off, All of these concepts look like what? Anyone? LINUX!!! Multiple Linux desktops have the same configurations and can be configured to look like everyone of those screens and have looked like that for years. I admit, it looks nice, BUT LINUX LOOKS BETTER. Oh and did I mention Linux is free? Only 2 known viruses and no adware or spyware! Microsoft just copies MAC/APPLE and Linux. Come up with something original will you!? Oh and chang your core, ppl do not like viruses...

There are plenty of PCs with diff linux distros preinstalled, google it. You must get your information from the same place Sarah Palin does. Linux is very stable, more secure then Windows (any variant), faster, does not slow down, I could go on for hours but I will try to keep this short. What do you think about Macs? The core is a linux derivative duh, Darwin.

Again, google it. Oh and did I mention it runs Windows programs with Wine and Win4Lin? It also runs on any hardware no matter how old or crappy the computer there is a disto that will make that computer like new again, well maybe not new but functional again. Linux can do everything and anything that windows does without the cost or lack of speed. Two known viruses that have to be run by the root user, no adware, spyware or malware.
