Modest Mouse is my pride and joy. At first I didn't like their new album but the more I listened to the more they shined through it. Fly trapped in a Jar is wonderful. Becoming somewhat successful doesn't automatically translate into conformity. i dont understand but every band i like that was once unknown, then burst into popularity, the "old" fans always consider the "old" music better and the "new" fans fags and posers. Why? I've been a MM fan for a long time and i love all their songs. (and really my least favourite album of theirs is Sad Sappy Sucker which was suppose to be their first)
