Hi, I was just wondering if you could please help me. I am having trouble trying to find 24 gauge wire (I'm in the UK. Not sure if that makes a difference?). What would be the next best gauge of wire to use instead of the 24? I really want to try this ring making method, it looks so much better than other ring making methods I have seen. I really hope you can reply. Thank you & I hope you are having a great weekend?
@gdshphrd2 Hi - there is company called artistic wire that makes it it has been bought out by another company called Beadalon but still sold under the artistic wire label - there should be stockist in the UK - you could use 26ga it is a finer wire - 22ga would be too thick for the wrapping - If not I stock it and could send you some - it is fairly light - Cheers Tania
@Jetdesigns Hey Tania, thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly. I have seen a lot of beadalon products at my local Hobbycraft store. I will check if the have the 24ga. If not I may well have to get some from your shop. I'm relatively new to jewellery making, but I love it. I haven't tried a ring yet, but your videos are really great. Shows such an easy technique and you explain everything brilliantly. Thanks again Tania. xxx
