Like Saix only see's her with a hood on.

and Roxas, Axel, and Riku see her as a girl that looks like Kairi.

xion only appers as a woman with dark hair to people who are considered her friends, to the other members she is just a being that always wears its black hood on this what the other members of the organization is seeing thats why saix calls her an it rather she because he doesnt see xion as how roxas and axel sees her

Xion starts going rogue in the organization, and goes to Castle Oblivion. She uses the crystal ball there to see all the events that happened in the castle. In Destiny island, I'm guessing she passed out do to complications with Sora, during the time she has this dream, replaying one of the scenes she saw. In this case, Riku and Zexion's encounter in the memory Destiny Island.

So basically this is all in Roxas' head. He's confused about why Xion left the Organization, he's in a daze and can't decide what's real and what isn't. His memories are being warped and this is the product of stress, his recent loss of strength and the combination of Sora and his own memories. It's put into the game to show that Roxas is falling apart emotionally and mentally because of recent events.

I'm not sure, I think it would be that Roxas can have feelings because Sora still has a heart and Roxas is connected to him. I think they will explain that eventually but that's all just speculation on my part. Even in the game Axel commented on the fact that Roxas acted like he had genuine feelings even though he doesn't know what the feelings are.

No, the story takes place 7 days after Sora became a Heartless. So Sora is still awake cause they send a team from the Organization to Castle Oblivion, and the whole team there dies (except Axel), which is why those members don't show for the rest of the game. So after Marluxia dies, that's when Sora is put to sleep, and Roxas and Xion are created but Namine and Riku needed help from them to restore Sora's memories from them, which is why Xion dies and which is why Roxas combines into Sora.

I get it! Xion's ability to absorb memories come from when she was created from memories (specifically Sora's). She absorbed (during some point) Zexion's ability to metamorph and the reprecussions from her absorbing Sora's memories plus others is causing her pain, pain she will eventually heal with madness. Poor Xion.

That's the closest thing I've heard, if it isn't actually what they plan. From what I understand of actually playing through the whole English game, Xion was made to follow the Organization's orders, not to have an identity, etc. According to Vexen, if she wasn't w/ Roxas for a week or so, she would remain w/o an identity, so yeah. When the memories of Sora leaked through Roxas, she gained an identity similar to Kairi.

This scene is a scene directly from CoM Reverse Rebirth. It's one of Riku's memories. Xion has sora's memories poured into her, and it effects people directly connected with sora. Like riku. So Xion is having a nightmare about something which never even happened to her. She says later she has memories about things that never even happened to her, but what happened to other people - people dirrectly connected with Sora.
