  • Love the big sound of Dutch and the boys in the glory years.Great to see the old Station Hotel in Prahran my old stamping ground as well .Always feel like a beer when I watch this clip ! Dutch is gone sadly but he will never be forgotton and as the great man used to say "keep the faith ! " ;-)

  • Dutch does it like a Master

  • I have this 'Bad Books' clip on VHS dated 27 July, 1992, which was probably accurate, as I was on trumpet and band got a copy. John M.

  • That loser that disliked this is dead inside..die and get on with it loser !!! ;-(

  • This is an absolute gem..would be interested in the year and the pub used in the clip..Dutch at his best and a white hot band with Achison on lead ;-)

  • Rest in Peace Dutch

  • Thanks for sharing, great to see this again! My Dad made this clip :)

  • Who is on Keys ??

  • Recently, I tracked down the videos of the ABC 'Jazz AZ Now' programs that we all did in Melbourne on November 28, 1989 and transferred them all to DVD.

As I seem to recall the boys were heading back into the studio immediately following the taping of the programs to finish off the album.

We finished off the night back at the Muso's Club awhile later!

  • This is one great band! I'd love to know if Winston on Drums still has the hat or is that the reason he shines so bright now!?!?!

  • Hey good stuff. In 1975 or so I stumbled across an accoustic digitally mastererd vinyl of Mr Tilders. I bought it out of interest in the digital technology not for the music, as I had no idea who Dutch Tilders was. To my great joy when I put it on what I heard was some of the best accoustic blues I had and have ever heard. Now 30 years later I find this. Living in NZ I had no idea that there was so much I was missing across the ditch. Bugger!

  • Ramblin Ross in the background at the bar, even better!!!

  • Warren Hall playing sax - Hilarious!!!!!

    Great Stuff Harry

    Cheers
