Listen, I'm not a hardcore Prince fan, so I wasn't aware of this piece. Though I really liked it, I didn't understand the message... Does anyone care to tell me what this song is really about? Power Fantastic sounds like some sort of spiritual thing, am I wrong?

OK, so this is one of my favorite songs of all time! I've been listening to it too much for it not to reach this level..Haha. This song speaks on so many levels, This is just beautiful. Prince was really at an artistic peak 1985-1988. WELL he still is in his peak to me. For him to compose such a wonderful song with lyrics which speaks so many levels to the emotions is outstanding. Eric Leeds on the flute gives me chills! This is a master piece that is neglected by so many people. Thank You!

This song is actaully old in terms of the piano arrangements which is of course Lisa ,in fact, it was this piece Lisa was playing on the piano that Prince heard and immediately said she had the job after Gayle Chapman left the band back in 1980.
