Well this world is full of people who are doing stuff that they shouldn't be doing. Having sex with other peoples' wives, cheating on their taxes, running red lights... Iraq.

Obviously, Payne is one of the best characters on the show, until they replaced Payne with Eli. I love Proffesser Payne!

Jim and Mel are NOT boring! You have a point, however, he's the one who chose to opt out of Ghost Whisperer. Don't blame CBS. CBS is a great station, and I'll admit Rick and Mel are cute together , but only because she pushes him away. People can make fanfics of them all they want, but Mel and Rick actually have 0 chemistry, Mel and Jim do. And that's why they are still together and why Melinda is bearing his child. So don't go blaming CBS, the network could have turned it down all they wanted.

Btw, CBS recieved 10,000 more viewers just because Jim came back, and another 2,000 when Mel got pregnant. And 4,000,000 fan stayed true to the show when Jim died because they new that John Gray wouldn't be so stupid to kill off such a great actor like David Conrad! Only 1,500 veiwers stopped watching Ghost Whisperer when Rick left. So sorry, but Rick and Melinda will NEVER be.

@SaRawRin the reason I have watched ghost whiperer since season 1 in 2005 I have all 5 DVDs and professor payne left the series to start in his own series

@wpwarwick19I watched it from series one when it came out in the UK but I need to go back and get all the boxsets and watch it all over again, also I missed the end of series 4 and series 5 since I no longer had the channel. This is a fantastic show and I absolutely love jay Mohr.
