@PurpleRodri you need to go back to turnback cave and solve its puzzle and get a special item for giratina. turnback cave is located on the route between veilstone city and lake valor stay to the right side of the route and you should find it. p.s. you should throw a quick ball on your first turn without weakening it or anything just toss it

He is using a Emulator so he can easily get the event started. There are a few more Legendary Pokemon he can get.

Darkrai can be caught if you use the the Member Card.

Shaymin can be caught if you get Oaks Letter. Meet him at route at route 224.

Arceus can be caught if you get Azure Flute. Use it at Spear Pillar

Rotom can be caught if you get the secret key. Go to Eterna city to the team galactica building.

You have the rest.

All of these are event items. Use your emulator to activate them.
