I don't understand why Noter Dame is allowed to maintain there mascot. Tons of high schools have been forced to forgo their Indian mascots and team names, while "The Fighting' Irish" are allowed to purpetrate their image. Why hasn't anyone written to them to stop them. I think if my school has had to get rid of there name, then noter Dame should have to do the same thing.

this is my 5th season as season tix holder at the joyce.. watching this team is a blast..i look foward to the home big east opener against the g men. if jackson can remain undercontrol and another consistant scorer steps up..we should be fine..our big man defense is terrible..id like to see that get better too..and we need more bench play..scott and nash have to get minutes!!!!!!!!!! other than that we are fine..GO IRISH!!!!!!!!

Hansbrough is transferring to Notre Dame...not Tyler, its Ben, his little brother. He is transferring from Mississippi State and he is almost as good as his older brother. But because of NCAA regulations, he will sit out this coming season, but then he still has 2 more years of eligibility left. He's good to replace K-mac, and when he places along Harangody and Jackson, Notre Dame will be unstoppable.
