Yes you might lose muscle,that depends on your nutrition,and your body. It is best to work intensely for short periods,if your trying to build muscle. Doing 100 is Aerobics,that burns muscle,Anaerobic builds muscle. If 100 works for you then do it. I am a vegetarian with 20 inch arms,and never touched a steroid. My method works for me. Find what works for you......

How do you know he doesn't have a job? and you don't have to train 12 hours a day to look like him just 1 or 2 a day plus proper nutrition plus willpower my friend is just as big as this guy and he does all body weight stuff, I'm a gym junkie so I can't speak for this guy, but i work sometimes work 12 hour shifts and still get 4 to 5 workouts a week.

You guys dont fuck around thats real strength, ive been killin it at the gym doin the meat head grind for about a year that got me strong enough to do alot of calestetics. Quick questions. How long do you guys usually work out for? I've been on the bars now about two months, keep on keepin on. My workout normally takes about an hour. I do it 5 times a week, resting on the weekends. How long does it take to progress? By that I mean from chin ups to pull ups? I've gone from lowering myself down to 4 sets of 8 chins, the highest push up bar to one half as tall. However I have limited apparatus to use; compared to what I see in these videos. Much appreciated!

Quick questions. How long do you guys usually work out for? I've been on the bars now about two months, keep on keepin on. My workout normally takes about an hour. I do it 5 times a week, resting on the weekends. How long does it take to progress? By that I mean from chin ups to pull ups? I've gone from lowering myself down to 4 sets of 8 chins, the highest push up bar to one half as tall. However I have limited apparatus to use; compared to what I see in these videos. Much appreciated!
