I'm just curious as to why any neighborhood that is primarily hispanic or black has a higher crime rate than primarily white neighborhoods. Why is every third world country a primarily non white country? Why is every well established, advanced, thriving country primarily white? Just wondering...

I'd like to know how the libertarians answer this question: Does each individual on the planet have a natural or God-given right to live in the U.S.?
