Ok listen here. U unlock DK by a long NON raid quest chain obtained at lvl 80. if u complete it u get a NEW char who is a DK. simple ey? and there will be NO fucking sub-classes u morons! and u will NOT loose ur old char. the end.

there will be many sub-types of the class. Warrior death knight, mage death knigt........ you get the point. Plus getting to the rank will put even th best player to the test and it will take a long, and i meen LONG quest to get to the rank of Death knight

The death knight is unlocked as said several times, after a long quest chain. The DK is it's own class, no subclasses. Any race can be a DK as far as I know and it doesn't start out at level 1 I've heard.

Or starting town for death knights... Hard to think you would need to lvl death knight from 1->70 or so. Plus a hero class where only lvl70/80 palladins would be able to accecs is hard to imagine. ;> So i belive there would be quest or somesort thing for any class which unlocks the Death Knight class. Anyways we will see it later how its being done.
