Joe Dante and Chris Columbus was coming back to Gremlins business! And the Gremlins and Gizmo return. And they come to take over the remake of Warner Brother's The Wizard of OZ, and take over M.G.M. Studio Inc. It's puppets and CGI filming mix up. Then the Gremlins are taking over London, England. And Gizmo is on the lose, to save England and Britain and Ireland !

God When I first saw this ad I was like OMG will there be a Gremlins 3? its been like 40 years ago since these films were made and then this new ad was made about 2-3 years ago. They definitely need to make a 3rd Gremlins movie. But, ONLY if it's not a remake (I hate that modern trend!), Joe Dante is directing, Zach Galligan is in it, and puppets are used, not CGI. If all of these things are in place, a new Gremlins may, just may, turn out to be good. However, I sadly suspect if another one is made, it will be either a remake, or crap. :(

if they make another gremlins, it should be puppets for the main shots, but using cg for the stuff that might have looked overly fake in the originals (ex. u can see the turntable on the floor when one is breakdancing in the first one) dont make em all cg, just use cg to do stuff that would look really fake with puppets (jumping, running, etc.)

As much as I love this commercial and desperately hope that it will spark interest in a 3rd film, The record needs to be set straight about how they look. These are NOT direct recreations of the gremlins from the first film.  Like a previous poster said, their mouths ARE too monkey like... The gremlins in the first film were actually scary looking. These are close, but the faces are too much like those from the sequel. Just not scary enough.

I saw this advert a few weeks ago, my fiancé pointed it out to me... as a massive Gremlins fan I was happy to see this cameo! It's a bit of a strange cameo, and they used really cheap puppets for the gremlins, but it pleases me!

If your watch the making of video they say that they had the original moulds shipped over and new gremlins were made from them.

Maybe they used cheaper rubber but I think they looks just like the originals.

1- the gremlins don't look like the ones from the movie (monkey mouths) -2- the proportions are completely wrong (heads way too big, arms way too small) -3- I know your creature consultant (a collector too) , who knows the guy who sculpted your gremlins. I am the biggest gremlins memorabilia collector in Europe and I know the original design like I would have made it myself. So I'm not wrong, and if you were involved in that commercial, well, I am surprised that you know less than me about it...
