I have folow the link below the screen for that game,found it then by another link in a zip file that doesn't containing anything exept the read me that wrote the link to go and download it for psp.I put it on the psp and the rom loads until the midle and then stops.Can someone help me?

It's OpenBOR. It could be compared to MUGEN, but it's a lot more flexible than MUGEN is. Although it's primarily for beat 'em ups, it's also been used to create platformers, run 'n' guns, and scrolling 2D space shooters.

Love this game on my psp to bad it only works on my slim not the fat I think it needs the faster processor on the slim cause it only loads halfway on the fat then resets great game overall though!

It just seems to load really slowly at halfway, give it a couple of minutes and it should start up I think..
