I wouldnt Start your engine on a cold day and rev it over 3000 rpm because it causes cracks in the cylinders due to rapid heat up, thats why people say warm your engine up on a cold day so it runs smoother, also it reduces fuel consumption.

I sure as fuck don't have blue smoke coming out of my exaust when my truck starts in cold weather and I rev it up. And the same goes for any other vehicles i have seen. Cold weather does not make your engine puff out blue and grey smoke. And by the looks of the video it looks like a summer day.
