This album stands for the beginning of an underrated era of his career - the ABC / HBS years 1975-1977. His own recording studio in Memphis produced four albums: "Chocolate Chips" (1975), "Disco Connection" (1975), "Groove-A-Thon" (1976), "Juicy Fruit (Disco Freak)" (1976) and a live double album "A Man And A Woman" (1977) with soul diva Dionne Warwick. Further, Isaac had made an album for his male background singers The Masquerades.
I can see this song being played in the night traveling down the road also but obviously this would be good with that woman one on one in the dark. The mood will carry whatever else that occurs.
its so wowww song. :D

Patti Austin recorded this tune too in 1980. Isaac Hayes wrote it in the spring of 1975 for the first album on his own record company HBS.
