  • Great Band!!!

  • The best riff guit intro of all time !

  • My 8 year old son memorized 2:27 - 2:42 and recites it to me every night.

    I love my son

  • @BenjaminBreeg942 Your son is a genius!

  • @BenjaminBreeg942 that is awesome man, keep it alive, what a great message

  • Best line-up everrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!

  • when i first listened to megadeth i didnt really like em that much. but just like cigarettes, i kept on trying it. eventually, MEGADETH IS THE FUCKING BEST BAND IN THE WORLD!! i had to get that out.

  • @wntersun666 At least being addicted to Megadeth doesn't kill you.

  • @R77627657826 I don't know man, the constant compulsive headbanging might do it

  • ta gogot

    mari nissa sa sanT !

mwenvi bour 1 fam lor sa x)

  • What the fuck did Youtube just do? Fuck the new Youtube!

  • I like their music,but vocals not.

  • @njarnjas well Dave isn't the best singer, but he is without a doubt one of the best guitarists to ever live

  • @DTPsadus I don't think he's the greatest singer either, but he's still one of my favorite singers, because his voice is so unique and very distinguishable. Even if a Megadeth song is playing that you've never heard before, once he starts singing, you KNOW it's Megadeth. I think the same concept applies to his guitar playing for sure...

  • @njarnjas EY LAISSE MWA BOUR TWA Xd

  • @njarnjas I agree with you, dude.

  • This push me to pick and play guitard

  • @TheStarDeth Maybe you are the creator of a new meme.

  • Megadeth will always be more passionate and interesting than Metallica in my opinion. I just feel that Dave really connects with listener in a way Metallica doesn't. Sure, Master of Puppets was a great album and so was Ride the Lightning, but Peace Sells and Rust in Peace and Endgame and SFSGSW and KIMBABIG will always be better than any Metallica album.

  • 20 years after this fucking album came out, this song still gives me the shvers. Pure intensity.

  • In truth and no more comments about what he did or not iso Metallica. This is music is for listening enjoyment. If you go to comment on comment on the videos metallica metallica.

  • Poha bom pra caralho, BR's give a up

  • i love this album its just a thrashier version of countdown to extinction

  • @RaptorJesus94 What? No it's not—Countdown has a totally different feel to it.

  • @remnant24 i herd countdown to extinction before this, first time hearing the album it sounded like just thrashier

  • The first chords are the best in the history of thrash metal, thanks for giving me the chance to shake my head with his guitar, Mustaine

  • This album is cheesy and overproduced, by still good.

  • @kingdiamondtheeye I think it's their best album.

  • @chiborib0 Why, it's not heavy really and not to thrashy and cheesy.

  • kickass video lov mettalica too metal fans UNITE

  • My best friend, of whom I knew since the very first day of Kindergarten, said Megadeth sucked.

He's been missing for a week. I wonder where he is.

  • @Zerost Vic Rattlehead got him!

  • @Zerost Maybe he went on vacation. If he's your best friend, why didn't you learn where he was going?

  • This album is completely unique

  • Greatest band in the world?

    Just because I don't say it, don't mean I ain't thinkin' it.

  • YEAH!! I finally find not remastered version..

  • the tone for this album was... AMAZING!

  • Déjà...;) Apprennez à parler François;) C les meilleurs en Hard avec Slayer et Grip.Inc et Panthéra... Et Obituary...;)

  • this song got rid of fucking justin beibers song in my head

  • osama bin laden disliked this before they stormed his house

  • me yore brother was there ,,,,,,,AWESOME!!!!!!

  • Definitely the best Megadeth album. No argument.

  • @METALLICA4EVER1547 best album period man.

  • @METALLICA4EVER1547 Peace Sells...But Whose Buying? is a pretty strong arguement actually. They are 1A and 1B for me but Peace Sells edges RIP out. RIP was more developed and technical but damnit Peace Sells was way more visceral and intellegent. And as someone also point out, RIP is somehwhat overproduced and has some overly cheesy moments lyrically on it that Peace Sells does not. Peace Sells was Dave and Megadeth at their meanest and most fierce. They were a deadly animal at the time.

  • Fucking music sucks.

No wonder this country is finished. You fucks were worshiping these losers while the Japs and Chinese were learning Calculus.

    Thanks for ruining this country.

    Please kill yourself.

  • @FLICKPatriotism Read the lyrics... you might understand what really ruined this country.

  • @FLICKPatriotism "Patriotism" nice name kid, is funny to see people still believing in that

  • @FLICKPatriotism its called moving to another country i think that solves your problem

  • people there is no best anything....everyones opinion is different just listen to the music.

  • i actually got andreas kisser´s guitar pick ,,, got it from a anthrax concert

  • @thenoobtech

Wow, that's quite an achievement. Now shove it up your ass.

  • @FLICKPatriotismif if go some comment pages back you see there was some talk about andreas,,, you act like a kid or you troll to much

  • @thenoobtech or both xd

  • I've been bitchin to my buds online all night, about the remasters. I have to say, I may actually like the remaster better on this particular track, tho all the other remastered tracks I've heard suck ass.

  • FRIEDMAN is a BEAST!

  • -3-0-2-3-0-2-0-0-2-3-0-0-3-2-0-0-2-3-0

  • @1983Whiplash i noticed this right when that riff was playing :)

  • @TheNikOnder

    Thats not entirely true...

Altough Rust in Peace is one of the best metal records of all time, it isnt the one greatest.

    Youre forgetting:

    Nocturnus - The Key

    Slayer - Reign in Blood

Amon Amarth - Once sent from the Golden Hall

One certain record from Mustaines former band

Altough Megadeth is certainly awesome, it isnt the only good metal band out there

  • @TheLazyDoor How can you summarize what is good in metal with 3 albums ? And one of them being an Amon Amarth album ... haha.

  • I had a dream, in which I went to a metallica concert, and there I saw on Rhythm/lead guitar Dave Mustaine, on bass guitar Cliff Burton, on drums Nicko Mcbrain, on Rhythm/ Lead guitar Glen Tipton and on vocals..... James Hetfield

gees hahahaha I woke up so happy that it was awesome and I know it'll never be true -.-

  • i'd say not holy wars but holy shit! long live Dave Mustaine!

  • At last , a not remastered version ! Thanks dude !

  • hate metallica -v- megadeth shit...

    love both...

2 of the greatest metal bands EVER

  • the beginning of the end

  • there are a shitload of good bandss!!!!

megadeth, ozzy, mettalica, rammstien, slayer, venom and many more we shoudnt argue over metal

  • @snoopE35 I totally agree with you :D (but you misspelled Metallica and Rammstein)

  • @terisian -.-

  • this song is so fun to play, hahaha

  • 1.megadeth

    2.Metallica

    3,Slayer

    4.Iron Maiden

    5.Ozzy

  • @s3ri0us20 works for me

  • who gives a fuck, metallica vs megadeth both are good

  • megadeth is better than metallica in all aspects

  • @vorskithunderben you would wish that! funny man...

  • @Ienstien965 it's fact

  • @vorskithunderben it's opinion

  • @Ienstien965 your opinion

  • @vorskithunderben you know what, as of late, I actually started thinking that they are better than Metallica - although metallica was pretty good too in its Ride the Lightning, Master of Pupets, and AJFA heyday. At least Megadeth didn't become a bunch of sell-outs like Metallica did and stay true to their metal roots to this day

  • @Ajchimek they did sell out with risk though

  • @murky223 No they didn't that is not selling out. Selling out is doing albums they don't want to do. Megadeth wanted to experiment. He called it Risk for a reason.

  • @murky223

Selling out is producing albums people want to buy because of the record company wanting to make more money, it's less about the control of the musicians, and more of the people who sell it. Risk was not that type of album, albeit not one of their better ones it produced great songs like The Doctor's Calling, Crush 'Em, Time: The End, and so on.

  • @murky223 yeah kind of, but I don't really pay attention to that one. Not that it's shitty, it just lacks that Megadeth feel to it

  • @Ajchimek You're retarded. Metallica's the one that sold out. You could here a giant difference after the black album. Listen to Endgame and TH1RT3EN, then listen to Rust in Peace. You wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

  • @xXRogueFloppersXx No, I didn't mean that they're sell outs, in fact, I don't think anything of the sort. I agree that Metallica sold out, it's just that I don't really like one album by Megadeth, Risk. Megadeth's new albums are nearly just as good as their old masterpieces like Rust... or Peace..., but I simply don't like Risk. Metallica's new album is especially shitty compared to Megadeth's new album, TH1RT3EN. I never even thought that they could make a worser piece of shit than St. Anger!

  • @murky223 I think you're thinking of Metallica. Yeah, they're the ones that sold out.

  • @murky223 Going in a different musical direction IS NOT selling out dude. If you can notice, every single Megadeth album has a completely different overall sound and feel to it, than all the other albums. Being able to stay true to what you set out to do(Play Heavy Metal), and making every album sound different than the last, is an art-form. Dave Mustaine basically has that concept down to a science. If Dave didn't want to release Risk, than he wouldn't have. It's that simple...

  • @MultiBradleyW Well, he did mention in his biography that he sold out with Risk. He wanted a top album - a top single. He wanted to beat Metallica. So he kind of sold out....but I'm not saying anything bad about it. Risk has some great songs, and in all albums there's some great riffs and thrash roots.

  • i love the rivalry between fans. LOOOOVE IT

  • One of the best songs ever written. Fuck which band is better, fuck your opinion, and fuck other music.

Metallidethslayermaiden fans unite, quit being pussies and comparing.

  • @CallMeBarrett man, megadeth's first 6 albums are masterpieces.

  • @CallMeBarrett damn right man

  • @CallMeBarrett You forgot anthrax

  • @CallMeBarrett Unite? what the fuck are you talking bout dude? its not a gang or something. metal is a genre of musivc

  • @CallMeBarrett except slayer sucks

  • @napoleonthebassmasta Fuck which band is better, Fuck your opinion, And Fuck other music.

remember him saying that........ yeah i sure fucking did

  • @napoleonthebassmasta are you insane?

  • @euhphil Maiden rules, Megadeth is the dookie, Metallica was awesome, but Slayer just effin suuuucks.. they are the least talented and skilled of the four...simple riffs no technicality, and a chessy(satanic gaylord crap) image

  • @Diesy09 Simple riffs and no technicality?1 Are you only familiar with Post Reign in Blood Slayer?! Hell Awaits, the album before they simplified their sound with RIB, featured a Slayer that was clearly headed in that direction before they decided to simplify everything with RIB. In fact, Hell Awaits might be not only Slayer's best album, but one of the best pre 1986 Thrash albums released.

Slayer absolutely does not suck and they belong as one of the Big 4.

  • @GoongalaGoongala "headed in that direction"? that's great but evidentally it was a short trip...slayer sucked then and they couldn't even think of keeping up with what the bands nowadays are doing...maiden and megadeth will always be able to hold there own, putting slayer in the same categiry is like putting godsmack in the same category as between the buried and me and protest the hero...slayer can take credit for spawning a genre of dumbed down hardcore crap, that's pretty much it

  • @Diesy09 lol dude you rule man

  • @Diesy09 And actually, those "cheesy lyrics" you refer to evolved over time and even though they used a lot of occult /Satanic imagry, a lot of it (especially after RIB on South of Heaven & Seasons in the Abyss) was actually used to talk about society and it's shortcomings/failures. It actually sounds like you haven't listen to a lot of Slayer and you're basing your opinion on what others who aren't familiar with their music say about the band.

And also, you think playing fast is simple/easy?!

  • @GoongalaGoongala No actually I'm basing my opinion on everything I've heard from Slayer, which would be all of it...seen them in concert many times(never heard slayer solo to the same song twice) that's because they couldn't play for crap and were just picking random notes as fast as they could, which isn't even that fast especially considering how sloppy they are, decent enough drummer, but that's about it

  • @GoongalaGoongala and no I don't think playing fast is simple/easy but just simply playing something that isn't very difficul or even well written for that matter, fast doesn't make it cool, mostly all i listen to is heavy tech stuff...slayer has never been a technical band...to me they've always kinda been a spoof that people have actually taken seriously for some reason

  • @Diesy09 fuckin AWESOME! i could not have slung shit at slayer better myself. keep up the good work

  • @napoleonthebassmasta fail comment

  • @CallMeBarrett exactly my oppinion!

  • I will tell you the truth: Comparing Megadeth and Metallica is only worth the effort if it brings one to appreciating the individual nuances of both bands.

  • Lars is good to. people from metallica fan base should thrash people from the megadeth fan base. and vise versa

  • Lars is good to. people from metallica fan base should thrash people from the megadeth fan bas. and vise versa

  • Man this is so good I just wanna get up and bang my fkn head!!! Thanks for uploading the NON REMASTERED way better

  • I actually prefer the remastered version. The snare has more power, the guitars are heavier, the vocals are clearer and the whole thing is just even more brutal. Either way, fucking awesome song! \m/

  • Hell of a way to open an album

  • @Sepultallica Why do you seem to be the only person who uploads Megadeth's non-remastered songs?

  • Dude thanks so much for uploading my favorite metal album in it's original format!

  • Hello metalheads.

Instead of a Metal rebellion i propose a new plan.

    1. Don't bash other metal artists, we must unite! We cant fight against pop music if we arent even together

    2. Watch more and more metal videos to get it to the top of the youtube vid list

If you like this idea, thumbs it up JUST so people can see it, and also spread it around if you like this idea

Lets show that metal kicks ass!

Copy this text in every Metalvideo you watch and we´re getting the power!

  • Megadeth is a hundred bizillion times better than Metallica

  • One of the best thrash songs ever. Totally fucking rules.

  • lars is a fag

  • Megadeth is better than Metallica...

  • Sepultallica.... that would be a sweet ass band...........

  • IN MY DARKEST HOUR - MEGADETH

  • what is the song where he says "hello me its me again!" i saw the video on music choice and they havnt had it on there sence

  • @gillmengreen Its "Sweating Bullets"

  • @shadowblade5656 sorry about the double post

  • @gillmengreen Its "Sweating Bullets". And its in the second verse.

  • I Cant stop listening to this!

  • Megadeth And Metallica kick major ass but Nick is more technical than Lars.

  • Is this substantially different from the remastered version? It seems to me that they changed only Five Magics.

  • @vanfanel150 Five Magics Rust in Peace Polaris and Holy Wars is different from the remastered

  • @DaTfReShBxNiKkA2 Don't forget Take No Prisoners. Maybe a dab of remixing to some of the other songs, I've noted a bit of change in Tornado of Souls, but really that's it.

  • @mackcockstack ok true but you have to realize they had so many diffrent bass players and drummers so every album its like a new genre for thrash :|

  • for the people who say Metallica Vs.Megadeth you cnt say whos better believe it or not

    their music is way diffrent

  • @DaTfReShBxNiKkA2 it's not WAY different...it's like McDonald's and Burger King I like both shit...

  • @DaTfReShBxNiKkA2 you sir, win yourself 1000000 thumbs up for speaking the truth!

  • @legojunk53 of course dude noone cant compare megadeth to metallica its TOTALLY different

  • 2:26-4:36 is my favorite part. Love this song.

P.S. And for the love of Jesus, please stop it with the Metallica Vs. Megadeth bullcrap. It's old, and it's been over and done with for a while, so please stop. Both bands are good, and it's possible for someone to like them at the same time.

  • @RanTheAwesome Yeah let's start Anthrax vs Slayer!

  • Comment removed

  • For all those who ever said Dave's voice isn't made for singing it is his voice is unique in a awesome way :)

  • @XXSpaceKaijuXX And mine favorite part of the song is 4:38 untill the end

My head blows of everytime i hear that part \m/

  • The Guitar solos are the only reason I like this song, and megadeth.

  • Fill the cracks in with judicial granite, greatest line ever.

  • I wish I had enough money to buy a CD copy of this album :( Great song though \m/

  • This is the shit \m/ Best part is the 4:38

So good song, one of my favourits. They play this very good at big four

  • God I love this song

  • marty friedman!

  • 2nd solo is the best in metal

  • this album is an instruction manual on how to shit all over anything metallica ever did or ever will do.

  • @eyeflow9 lol indeed

  • @eyeflow9 I couldn't describe this album better. Megadeth did in one album what Metallica still wishes they could have accomplished almost 30 years ago. There is still no better metal record ever released than Rust in Peace!

  • IS NOT REMASTERED

  • TUNE.

  • @speedkills1997 OOH!!!!! BURNT!

  • musical genius.

  • stop talking about metallica and just listen to the fuckin music

  • Incredible track, on an incredible album. Way ahead of its time, Mustaine is brilliant, this album is a cornerstone of Metal.

  • This is a great track, damn

  • megadeth, you silly perfection!

    one of the best songs..

can't wait to hear it live!

    first mistake... last mistake

    next mistake... NO MORE MISTAKES!

  • FUCK

  • MUSTAINE KICKS ASS !

  • Slayer's gonna play their entire Seasons in the Abyss album during American Carnage and Megadeth's playing their entire Rust in Peace album as well!!! :D and i'm going!

  • @Brambletalon25 yes they are i like the drums better in the remasters imo.

  • FUCK OFF ARGUING WHICH BAND IS BETTER!!!!!!! It's down to your own opinion or, like me, you like both bands pretty much the same.

    My Preferences are:

Vocals: Dave Mustaine because James doesn't sound as good these days

Guitar, Drums and Bass: Doesn't really matter, depends on which album you listen to.

Best Metallica album: Ride the Lightning

Best 'Deth album: Rust in Peace

  • Comment removed

  • nick rips the penis off of lars

  • @TravisProductions not at all, sorry dude.

  • @Sepultallica86 He does on Rust In Peace...Polaris lol.

  • @Sepultallica86 i dissagree lars is not a good drummer
