I've been having so much trouble getting my ideas down in an outline format, and thus getting it finished. I plan on using this and the advancedfictionwriting(dot)com 's article on the snowflake method to get it down and getting it done. Thank you so much for doing this. =)
This method sounds very interesting. Yet another thing I want to try out, damn you! I need to make my imagination work harder now if I want to do things like this.

Holy shit. This is ingenius. I'm definitely going to have to try it sometimes, because I don't normally plan ahead very much and never know where I'm going. I also tend not to develop my characters as much as I should. Wow, I haven't written straight-up fiction in a while... I'm going to be using this method when I get down to it, I think.
This seems like a promising method. I may attempt it sometime.
What I try to do when putting together a story is attempt to write it out in its entirety, start to finish. I'll have a general idea of how it ends, but generally let it evolve organically. Of course, this isn't very efficient and i do end up with very sporadic pacing, arbitrary scenes and plot holes gallore. Afterwards I get a few friends round and we go through it with a fine tooth comb and a battle-axe.
The Snowflake Method sounds really useful! I usually just bleh all over my page, look at it, and then bin it because it sounds like utter poo. I'll be sure to use it in the future when I have the inspiration to write me a bit o' fiction! :) - Brenda
So helpful, Thanks Dan :)

The snowflake method sounds great. I will be using it. A lot. a lot a lot a lot.
It is a lot of work, but worth it for a good story.
