Beautiful . Grumiaux plays it in his own magicla way with a refinement of sound and expression seldom heard. Perhaps there are performances more imbued with a overt dramatic tension but this is why this piece true virtuoso material; it gives every talented performer the chance to express him/her-self. Sarasates gift to generations of violinists.

La rapidez violenta y la tristeza de la música zíngara o gitana fueron bien entendidas por Sarasate y por quienes hicieron sus versiones particulares sin las limitaciones tecnológicas padecidas por su creador. Excelente.

Hermoso! Grumiaux es maravilloso en Bach, con notas de lo más dulce. Pero este Zigeunerweisen es maravilloso. Perfectamente cálido, pero virtuoso. No tan rápido como Ana Sofi Mutter o Perlman, pero me gustó más.

Nunca había escuchado a Grumiaux tocando a Sarasate, es increíble. Esto es lo chido del internet.
