Actually "We all live in a Yellow Submarine" refers to how mankind is basically fearful "Yellow". We are fearful because we all live submerged "Submarine" within finite matter. Humans for the most part have a difficult time perceiving the infinite that we are all a part of. Once one realizes that they are infinite then one can transcend fear of the unknown / God.

Yellow school bus is good too. Because we are yellow "fearful" we are in need of being schooled to become more wise.
