actually they intentionally did that as a throwback to the old school sprite problems present in SF2. notice blankas anklet doesnt do the same thing since they are actual 3D models.

Ah. I knew they intentionally did it - as it counters a lot more problems than it would otherwise cause. I had no idea about the Blanka thing though...
