Although it may be a serious transgression, I'll say it nevertheless: I like this version much better than the original song that appears in the movie. While the original tune suits the nature of the movie better, Amy Lee's version is so much more emotional, atmospheric and "appealingly creepy".

Good cover, but Fiona's is much better. Fiona suits the character and feel of Sally much better than Amy. Obviously, Amy has a beautiful voice, but this version seems too "pop-like" for more, as opposed to a Tim Burton film. It's not Amy's song, it's Sally's, and the least you could do as a cover is to catch her feel, not your own -- the music isn't even that similar.

@PriceisRighx26 the feeling you get from a song is not %100 about the song itself or the composer of the song or the genre that the original version belongs to but also about how the a singer feels and interprets it, the instruments used and the arrangement of the cover. personally I like Amy's version more because of her style of covering the song. maybe this is just because she made the song more "enjoyable" for me a guy who enjoys hard rock or heavy metal. cheerz
