  • How hard is it to get Rifle Expert badge?

  • I wish that there could be an anniversary year where gun manufacturers reproduce old WWII rifles from all sides (German, Japanese, Russian, British, American, etc) And sell in all countries with 100 rounds for every weapon respectively, and a commemorative book that speaks about ALL the aspects of the war with an unbiased approach. If this happens, my wish list will be: 1903 springfield w/scope, M1 Garand, Type 99 Arisaka (not last ditch), Mosin Nagant, and Stürmgewehr 44.

  • First rifles shown were M1917 Enfields.

  • @Txman1996

1903 Springfields my friend. Enfields were only issued to the second wave of the AEF in France. No footage exists of Marines with 1917 rifles.

  • 1966 Edison Range fired 221 with the M14..(boot camp)..1967 while sationed @ Marine Barracks Seal Beach NWS, Calif we were issued M1's. was sent to El Toro to.requalify ,,fired 231 out of 250 with this weapon,,very very accurate,,in SVN 1968-69 we were issued the M16 which I qualified shooting at charlie...

  • The M1 Classic :)

  • from 0:58 to 1:04 thats the last thing the enemy sees.......

  • we still use the same fuckin pit target system

  • Shoters....this is your first string on the Marine Corps rifle qualification course

  • we need to shoot more in the otherbranches. sucks being classified as "the chair force" its ok though because i got shooting after work most days & on saturday's.

  • The US Marines are great shots, with a reputation.Should have competition with service rifles, out to 300m with the NZIR 2/Bat.Would make an awesome day of fun.

  • Usmc or nothin'....

  • Ahhh, I love the battle rifle. By the way, that song that's playing, what's the name of it? I have it on my computer but it didn't register when I put it on so right now it's "Unknown track 4"

  • Its amazing that when you go to the range it really hasn't changed. Same targets, same butts, same bullshit!!!

  • @Txman1996

    STAND BY!!!

    GRAB A-HOLD!!!!!!!!

  • I think I saw some M1917 Enfields in the video. I like the last 10 seconds...OooHH-You're about to feel the burn of that 30-06 from his M1!!!

  • You didn't see any Enfields...

  • wheres the entire reel?

  • oooh rah!!!

  • The guy at the end was probably Charles Whitman...

  • HAHA!!! He looked like he was enjoying pointing the rifle at the camera guy...

  • HAHAHHAHAA!

  • This video isn't right because in the begining there is a shot of a soldier carrying a M1903 thats not an M1 Garand

  • Marines used M1903 rifles until 1943. In 1943 they were replaced by M1 Garands.

  • and they used 1903's even after 1943 as sniper weapons

  • Man, back in those days they did not even have ear plugs, and shooting those M1's is pretty loud.

Probably half of 'em were already deaf before seeing combat LOL :)

  • Just imagine how it was for the revolutionary soldiers. Those muskets made 10 times bigger bangs

  • that recruit at the end of the clip violated the 2nd saftey rule. "never point your weapon unless you intend to shoot"

  • who knows...many he was told to do so.

  • @gochromeorgohome ...maybe he did shoot him... lol

  • @wallieburger Thats why the video ended there XD

  • @gochromeorgohome

Unless he was told to do so, which I suspect he was by the person in charge of the filming.

  • Marines really do shoot better than most.

    Practice makes perfect!

  • i hope i be in camp pendleton i'm not Armerican but i want to join in US military one day

  • Too bad that the voice as M1 and the Video as 03 don't match up. But what do I know.

Me thinks that the original poster does!

    Garry Owen!

  • no one does it better

    OOORAH!
