I love how Mr Maxwell is alwys appreciating soul. I feel for artist who get put in a box by some comments here that expect him to stay a certain way when it was his artistic freedom in the first place that graced us with his first album. Everything after that first album is simply his evolving self of free expression. This is exactly why he took the long break. @ DejiFish: I agree, but maybe he had a cold or something, besides he's still the King of register transitions & that technique can be challenging at times. I commend him on making it to the Grammy's; much respect Maxwell. And his suit & hair cut is pretty cool; he looks like a little gentleman. EVERYONE did a nice job that night, and he & Pink were very professional.

I second that. I notice that Max's head voice is not as great as it was back then. Sometimes he would slip to the wrong register when he's reaching to his head voice. I've been watching lots of his recent live clips and comparing them to his past performances. I hope he's not forgetting his vocal drills. He's a great singer and should not waste his potential.

I'm a long fan of Maxwell, but this is not his best show live, seen him many times in concert live at tickets and even watched on Internet and TV, He lost his voice a couple of times in this performance, very dissapointing, but I am happy he made it to the grammys to perform and win his grammy, Just wish he would get hisvoice fixed , That wig Roberta has is horrible, and did she bleach her skin? Horrible, Nothing was wrong with her skin color

it is really too bad that women feel that they must alter thier appearances surgically/medically. this trend is very distressing to me. i would much rather see a wrinkled smile or little sag in a happy face. to me, her face looks like a mask. BANGIN' singing, though - of course!!

Yeah, this was a great collaboration. Roberta Flack might have had a few makeup issues but her voice was on point. That's a lot better than some artists when they get older and sound horrible. I ait naming no names tho... thanks for posting allheaveans
