@WhiteKong2 You've got it backwards, my friend. Unnecessary flips and fanciness are characteristics of free running. Parkour is just about getting from point A to point B as quickly as possible.

ParkourTelevision i kinda need help on something. Ive been practing my rolling on gravel and grass for a while. Yesterday i tried moving my rolling onto The street. But every time i go to roll i see the ground and as an instinct i roll onto my side instead of actually rolling i end up catching myself.. How do i get over this? does it mean im not reado to move from grass to street? All tips are welcome:)
